Hi,
We’ve been trying to find a comprehensive, MySQL (or CSV) database of countries, regions (states/provinces/whatever), and cities, with lat/long, timezone, and, importantly, utf8 encoded, correctly accented, names.
We’ve looked at many of them, but with no luck. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
