My site is driven by third party Tome module.  I try all three methods in Wiki to remove index.php without any success.  I confirm mod_rewrite is enabled on the server.  Wonder if it is one of those quirks that these methods don’t apply by using this module.

Hi, Dan. We don’t provide support for .htaccess here in the Technical Support forum. I’m going to move this to the HowTo forum to get a few more community eyes on your problem. Or it might make more sense to put it in the Modules forum.

Never mind.  Figured out I need to add the query string as I am using old server.  However, it brings up another issue that I lost the segment values by doing mod_rewrite.  EE uses {segment_x} and Tome maps to {seg_x} in path.php.  However, the values seem to be lost with mod_rewrite and I need these variables to determine the menu state.  Any Tome user has an idea?
