I’m moving a site from a static build to EE. the site was set up with a directory for assets with separate directories for site images, css and javascript. How do I replicate this in EE? Also, is there another, perhaps better way to set this up?

    Thanks,
    Kevin

This may sound banal, but just the way you used to. When you install EE, it comes with an “images” directory, so be careful not to overwrite an existing one, but apart from that you are welcome to put your ressources basiacally anyhere in your filesystem, as long as the webserver has access to it, and you reference it correctly in your templates.

Thanks. Glad I don’t have to do anything different.
