need a way to make member list inaccessible when not logged in

Could someone help me work out a way to disable the member list for someone who is not logged in?

I tried wrapping the member list table with {if logged_in}{/if} in theme_member.php but that doesn’t work. The list is still displayed.

NEVERMIND - This works for me:
Member Account Privileges -> Can view public profiles = No
