Just wanted to say it’s really good to see Rick blogging again!

I assumed this is what a CEO does but it seems Rick’s plans are somewhat more constructive 😉

But seriously it’s really good to hear Rick you’ve come out of a pretty down period from the sounds with new insight & direction.

I realise discussion was probably left off for that post for a reason so I’ll leave it there, but just wanted to say it’s cool to see/hear from Rick again 😊

You get mad points for referencing Inspector Gadget.

Nice find Luke.  Totally missed it.

Dang Leslie, I grew up on Inspector Gadget and I missed the reference.  Yikes, I better fire up the old episodes.  I can’t forget where I came from!

Edit:  OH haha, missed the link.  Nevermind!  I am still going to watch some old episodes though.

Luke, thanks for mentioning the post here - I would have missed it otherwise.

And its really great to see Rick blogging again, but I don’t agree with the part regarding him to be a bad blogger. Instead, I always found Ricks comments very interesting, giving a strategic direction ... and a heart and soul to pMachine Inc. and nowadays EllisLab.

So, if you read this, Rick: Thanks for that interesting input! And of course - all the best for all your ventures regarding the CEO part and the future of the company. (BTW: When can we expect more rumours about the world dominance plan?)

I enjoyed Rick’s post quite a bit.  I’ve worked in and around small companies for a long time and the CEO is all too often the weakest link.  In my humble opinion, he’s hit the nail in the head.

I always figured that, having become a fabulously successful and wealthy CEO, he was sipping rum on a beach somewhere…
