Hello all,

My dad has been taking photographs at a raec course and at the end of the day lots of people come up to him asking for copies of his photos. He wants to put low res versions on the internet along with a price list. I was thinking of creating a gallery and Paypal integration.

Does anyone know of any good php image galleries that are simple without a lot of ajax?

If not, I might just code it myself with CI. I won’t be anything over complicated. Just an admin area for my dad to upload his images and organise his categories, a breadcumb system to view the images and a simple comments list with Paypal to purchase full resolution versions.

Zenphoto is quite good.

yes, zenphoto is easy! With the XP Publishing Wizard you can upload the photos easily from within the windows explorer (look at the zenphoto page at windows extensions) - and if you want something special you can program it by yourself after looking how the database was built - it´s not so difficult, I think…
