I’m moving my website over to another server. What steps should I take to make the transition go as fluently possible?

Glad you found the kblog entry.  Shouldn’t be difficult- once the db import is done, it’s just a matter of tweaking settings.  If you do run into any trouble, let us know.

There seems to be one problem. No matter on what link I click, only the frontpage is shown. see: http://blog.brock.be/index.php/blog/

All tabs ( execpt the login tab ) used to work before the server move. What could be the problem?

Adding the ? after index.php fixes it, so have a look at this kb article =)
