I want to ignore one article contained in the URL and list up all other articles.
“related_categories_mode” is very simillar but I want to list up articles from ALL categories.
Is there any good way?

You mean- all entries everywhere- except for the one showing on the current single entry page? Are you using url_titles or entry_ids in your urls? Either way should work- basically use a weblog tag with dynamic=“off” and either the entry_id or url_title parameter with a ‘not’ and grabbing the correct segment out of the url.
In other words:
{exp:weblog:entries dynamic="off" entry_id="not {segment_3}"}

I got working fine by
{exp:weblog:entries url_title="not {segment_3}” dynamic=“off”}
