Does EE have the ability to tack and record the actions of specific users?

For example, each regional manager needs to be able to see a list of all their “employees”  and view when their employees are logging in and checking their messages. Ideally, it would be in the form of an alert sent to the manager, “Employee X has not logged in for 2 weeks”. The manager can then take action.

Also, if I decide to implement with expression engine, does the sales team have any recommendations for freelancers / companies to help with template coding and design?

Haven’t seen anything that does email notifications/alerts. About the only way I know of to check is through Admin > Members > View Members where the last log on is recorded.

As far as designer/developers you can check the Pro Network
Or post a job listing to the Job Board

PXLated nailed it (as usual)- the tracking isn’t ‘stock’, but it might be fairly easy to implement.  Or it might take a custom module.  Depends a bit on how manager’s ‘people’ are identified.  But EE does track last visit, so it wouldn’t be too hard to setup a cron job to run everyday.  See when the last visit was, send out a notification.  Custom work, but not insanely difficult.

The best place to go to get it done- the Pro network and the job board.  If you have someone well versed in php?  They could likely read the development docs and then roll their own in fairly short order as well.  Though again- it’s going to vary depending on the specifics.
