    Hello!

I encountered an interesting issue that I need assistance with.

This was an issue from when I inherited this from a previous web designer, I wasn’t able to track this down.

When you try to do a search based on a specific data paramater (just one) from a drop down list, it goes to an Under Construction page (“Some issues with this webpage has been found, which are currently being repaired. Check back shortly!”).

When I opened up a separate browser page (tabbed) to go into the system to troubleshoot this, the original search worked!!!  It was not until last Friday that I hit on the pattern.  Whenever I had the system page open for troubleshooting, the search page worked.  If I close (and/or log-out) the system page, the search fails with the same message.

I’m not sure what information to provide to help you troubleshoot this issue.  The website is http://www.aslfilms.com.  Feel free to try and search for a showtime near the end of the front page (if you click on Showtimes from the menu and then pick a state), you’ll get that dreaded under construction page.

Any help that I can get, thanks and much appreciated!

Hm- no redirect showing in my headers- but I suspect based on the behavior that some template has access restricted to logged in members- or a given member group.  Can you spot the template where the ‘construction’ message is?  And the template that should be displayed?  Find the one that should be used- and check the access restrictions.  It may be limited to a specific user group.

    Make sense where to look?
