is it possible to import some Data (news) from another System to EE?
It could export the data from the mysql-database. But can i import the data to EE?

There are a variety of solutions to get data into EE. You can find write ups of some of the more common methods by searching these forums and the the wiki.

Use the cvs import, it’s fantastic.
