If your primary navigation includes your logo which links back to your homepage from all pages within the website, is it still necessary to include a “Home” link? Is clicking on the logo to return to the homepage a standard convention these days?

Nothing is necessary in web development. Do whatever you want.

Im not sure that all visitors are aware of the fact that a lot of websites have a startpage link connected to their logo. Atleast not what i have noticed. But i still find it optional to have a visible startpage link, and not something thats required 😊

Just make sure you have lots and lots of flashing GIF’s and snow effects on the background… they are the only things still required in web design today!
