In the License Agreement there’s this point
Use the Software as the basis of a hosted weblogging service, or to provide hosting services to others.
This means that you can’t make a wordpress.com/ blogger/ myspace / facebook etc clone ?
I mean offering free weblogging services are against the License Agreement ?

Correct- free or paid, if it’s a myspace, LJ, blogger site- offering disparate folks their own independent blogs? It’s against the license. There’s a Kblog entry on the topic that goes into some of the logic behind this.
