Hi

I am tring to upload a simple html page or a php page as a home page
https://srv03.ezyreg.com:2083/frontend/x/files/index.html

I logged into http://www.lizzyrose.com.au/cpanel
using userid and password then
I opened the cpanel File Manager, created a new html file called
index.html and edited it with the following test contents. After saving, I
want people to see this page as the home page when they open
http://www.lizzyrose.com.au

Can you please let me know how to do this please?

There is a site called http://www.umsika.freewebsites.com/Admin
where in they have a tab called Add a Page and all I have to do is open
that tab control, fill in the text and click save and then when the public
opens http://www.umsika.freewebsites.com they will see my changes instantly

How do I get the similar development functionality using Australian Web
Sites CPanel please
