OK, last year, I made a New Tab in an account that opened the communicate window. This new window has content in the message window that I setup last year… the problem is that I cannot seem to re-create this for other accounts. I just don’t remember how I did it. I know how to add new tabs, but this seems to be a top-level page.
Suggestions?
