    hi,

Our client purchased express engine and installed it a long back. Google has listed his site as not secured. When we tried to rectify the problem we found that there is no index page in this Server so that when we tried to create a new template or click the “View” link in the “TEMPLATES” nothing is shown up. When i click “View” the URL goes like this:

    and displays 404 Error.

We asked our client for the orignial files so that we can install it as new but he said he doesnt have files as he installed it a long back.

If i want to rectify the site what i have to do. Can anyone help with this issue.

    Thomas

There is really no way of guessing what went wrong there, where they put their fies, etc. My advice: Whatever “a long while ago” means, check whether your download privileges are still in good standing (probably not), if not renew them, download the latest version and start over. It doesn’t seem that there is much content in the database that needs to be salvaged.

That site name is familiar to me for some reason, Thomas.  Have you searched the forums here for the previous developer working on it?  Perhaps they can give you some insight.
