I know that we can add instructions to each custom field. Can we add instructions to the top of the Publish page? (above the “Title” field)
I’d like to add instructions for the Publish page as a whole.

I’d like this too. I am using a blog to make a list of concerts. I need some instructions to go with the title field to let users know that it is the venue that has to be entered.
Another option would be to leave the title field blank and use another field for the venue. Or to put a (random) number in the title field. Is there a plugin for this?
