    Did anyone download Elliot’s Screencast #3 files?
    I’ve been trying since last night, but getting errors on filepanda.
    I need the files for a project i am working on..

    I’ve already contacted Elliot, but could someone please send me the zip file?

    No looks like filepanda is a bit screwy at the moment.

    I tried downloading both .mov and .zip but ended up with about 1GB of who knows what!

    just to let you guys know… i’ve fixed filepanda.
    A recent plesk update cause an open_basedir restriction… so php couldn’t read the files from outside of the httpdocs folder.

    You should be able to download your files fine now 😊

    Thanks Elliot.. works like a champ.. keep up the good work!  Is you next screencast going to involve a User management system..? Will you be using user roles?

    Yeah, the next screencast will involve user authentication. Not sure if I’ll write a library live, or just use a basic one I’ve already built to get us started.
    But either way, I’ll be discussing user authentication, and a few security issues.
