I’m receiving a 500 Internal Server Error after updating DNS records. Here are some details:
The old site used Gmail for the company email
The new site also uses Gmail, but it’s with a different hosting provider
The development site worked flawlessly using Gmail SMTP and was hosted with the new provider
I updated the @ record with the registrar to point to the new host on Saturday at 4:00 PM MST
We can no longer send emails via SMTP from any of the forms or from the Communicate page
Nothing has changed from the development site to the production site – files, hosting environment, SMTP settings, etc. are all the same
The error log reads that I’m getting a “Premature end of script headers” for the admin page
Any help would be appreciated.
