I often updated Expressionengine for customers, but the following case makes a problem:
I wanted to make an update for the customer http://thomas-paul-zahntechnik.de from EE 2.7.2 to 2.9.2 and I followed exactly this steps:

When I was done, I point different browsers to the Control Panel, but it is always the same thing happened: I see a blank page. I don’t understand this sudden trouble and I need your help in this case. What could be the reason?
The Cache I have previously deleted.
