Dear Ellislab or anyone,
Is there a way to create tooltips/explanatory text within a text based upon channel entries.
Like this for example:

Check out the underlined words.
I would like to create the strings and the explanations in a separate channel in the back-end, and as soon that string appears in fields the text is marked and the tooltip (explanation) appears.

Man I seem to recall something like that years ago among the first add-ons for EE - but I can’t recall the name of it. Seems like it used a text file to store the definitions vs. channel entries though.
If it’s still doable it would require an add-on and it would be on Devot-ee.com. My searches there aren’t turning anything up however.
