My Edit Entry panel has become corrupted. There is an error message in the middle of the show toolbar portion of the panel that displays the message:
“A PHP Error was encountered
Severity:Notice
Message:Undefined index: field_visibility.
Filename: content/publish.php
Line Number:71”
It is displayed in the middle of the fields toolbar(3). The rest of the fields toolbar is displayed along the left margin of the panel (1). Also the words (that were in the publish.php script) “closed_eye.png” alt=Delete” width=“15” height=“15”>” are displayed in the header under the add tab button (2). see the screen shot attached.
The panel will not save any data entered into it although it does not give any error indications.
The system is EE 2.4.0 and has been running correctly for several years. I accessed an extract of the current production database and the problem went away which indicates that the issue must be database related. Possibly corrupted.
