    Basically I’m running this code:

    {exp:channel:entries channel="download_items" dynamic="no" search:subcategory="{segment_3}" search:filetype="PDF" }

    Basically the first search statement is been ignored.

    I seem to remember that there was a patch that fixed it. This site is currently running 2.5.5 and would be difficult to update, so if anyone can let me know which patch it was fixed in, or even better, if they know the code changes needed to just fix this bug, that would be awesome and save me a load of time.

    Thanks

    Just managed to make it update to the latest version. (2.8.1)

    Its STILL ignoring the first search completely.

    I’ve tried clearing the caches e.t.c. after the update and that had no affect either.

    (0.011458 / 8.17MB) Tag: {exp:channel:entries channel="download_items" dynamic="no" search:subcategory="interim-achievement" search:filetype="PDF" }(0.011523 / 8.17MB) Closing Tag Found

    Is an example from the debug. You can see both searches there but only the filetype search is been obeyed. I’ve only got 1 entry which matches the file-type PDF, but that displays no matter what segment 3 is equal too.

    In the DB, it’s subcategory is currently set to ‘internal_assessment’ so it shouldn’t be appearing and shouldn’t have matched.

    The documentation specifically says this should work….

    Interestingly when I switch the two searches round in terms of their order, it doesn’t change which one doesn’t get processed.
