    EE v.2.8.0 running MSM v.2.1.6

When I click the categories tab and then “Edit Categories”, the edit categories link disappears, the edit window does not appear, and I get this JS error in my console:

Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'clone' of undefined

This is the file the error occurs on:

    /admin.php?S=ed95412df23c42d95560f857efcddd55&D=cp&C=javascript&M=combo_load&ui=datepicker,resizable,draggable,droppable&plugin=tmpl,ee_table,ee_filebrowser,ee_fileuploader,markitup,toolbox.expose,overlay,ee_url_title&file=cp/publish,cp/date,files/publish_fields,cp/publish_tabs,cp/publish_admin&v=1395760614

I have reset my cp theme to default and it still happens, not running any accessories which modify the CP.

Anybody ever experience this or similar? Any ideas what’s going on? The JS is minified so I can’t really decipher what all is going on there.

Found out this is a known bug scheduled for inclusion in an upcoming release, but the fix is available here:
