We recently bought two new sites to add to our MSM. We downloaded the new MSM and put the three files where they were supposed to go. When we try to create a new site the error “Site Error: Unable to Load Site Preferences; Invalid Preference Data” comes up and we have to go into our DB to remove the added site from the exp_sites table.
The only difference between the old MSM .php files and the new ones are the strings for the variables $num_sites_allowed, $the_sites_allowed, $sites_allowed_num from the libraries directory. (the MSM versions are the same)
We’re using 2.7.2.
