Did a EE Member Import (336 Members) using an XML file (as per EE instructions) and all seemed to have gone well.
We can also now see all the members in CP under “View All” and edit anything about their record.
BUT, when one of the new users logs in, they cannot see any template.
In reviewing the member table we saw some strange behavior: The fields “salt” and “crypt_key” are blank for each of the imported members, and the password (hashed I believe) is about half the length of those users that we manually created (ALL of which can browse the site correctly with the exact same set of permissions.
Please help!
