Can't Run Installer for 2.8.0 on IIS

Hi,

I’m trying to install EE 2.8.0 on IIS. I doubt this is a problem with EE, but I unzipped the archive for EE in the site directory and got ready to run the installer, and when I go to the admin.php file in the browser I keep getting a 404 error. If I upload a plain html file to the same directory I can access it just fine, but if I try to go to admin.php I get the 404 as if it isn’t there, except I can see it when I log in via ftp. Can anyone tell me how to fix this issue? I don’t have a lot of experience with iis, but my client is requiring it to be an iis server.
