I am using server 2008 and version 1.16
I can log into the control panel and work there without any problem. But to access the main site the system just sits there with a blank screen and times out.
I have not changed anything on all the pages for the site.
Not being able to see the site at the beginning was the reason to check the task manager and services to find out the cpu is maxed out. But when I turn the site off the 4-core cpu usage goes down to 20%.
I have the sever on site and have three other websites on this server.
the task manager shows 4 fast-cgi processes summing up to 100% as soon as I turn the site on.
It just happened all of a sudden.
I have re-installed PHP and just cannot understand where to check for the problem. Control panel works fine. but not the site.
Why is is I can get into control panel with no problem but the site just sits there?
