Is it possible to have Audio Recording capabilities on the publish page?
I did not find any modules that would do this. Would it even be possible to build with something like HTML5 Web Audio API?
I need to have audio notes for each entry. Any thoughts or ideas otherwise are greatly appreciated.

That’s quite a specialised function so no wonder there are no prewritten modules!
I’d suggest contacting a few EE addon developers to get their thoughts.
