Hey gang!  I am putting together a site that will require to display hours of operation.  But this will need to be displayed on a “ticker” that says ...we are open/we are closed…  and give the appropriate open or closed and the times of operation.

Any ideas on the simplest way to accomplish this?  I was thinking of having a channel set up that could just be “opened” or “closed” but that may take out the automatic-ness of it.

Any ideas of modules that have been used or thought process behind how to accomplish this?

Couldn’t you just use an if statement against the server time to decide on what the template should display? How varied are the hours of operation? The same monday to friday and closed weekends, or more varied?
