Suddenly, my channel field options have disappeared.

If i create a new channel field or try to edit the settings on one, the field options related to that certain field type are missing and never load in the lower portion of the page. Also, I’m being asked to login now every time I visit the Channels or Channel Fields tabs.

Anyone experience an issue like this?

Sounds like the field type might be corrupt. You sure you installed it correctly? Maybe somebody deleted files belonging to that field type?

Never experienced that login thing. Have you tried other browsers?

Out of curiosity: how do you get to edit a field if you’re asked to login every time before you even get there? Arent you taken back to dash board?

Apparently it was a field type, I removed different ones until i found the offender. It was a field type for a google maps plugin.

For the login, when clicking the “Channels” tab or “Channel Fields” tab you are asked to login again, when you do, you are taken to the page you were trying to access. It all works and you can get to what you need to, its just a huge pain, not sure what triggered the change. I don’t know if it’s a security setting or something gone haywire.
