    Hi all,

I have an old website that’s running on EE 1.7.0 and now I want to upgrade it to 2.6.1. I have everything sorted in terms of database and files backup but I was reading some forums and now I’m not sure if I need to buy a new licence if I want to upgrade or not.

    Any help?

    Thank you guys very much!

You don’t need a new license. You can just upgrade the license you have for $50. Login to the acct. you used to purchase the original license, and in the manage purchases section should be the upgrade link.

    Hi, thanks for your reply!

I’m in my account and in Manage Purchases section but there’s no details of my purchase!!!

    How’s that possible?

You might want to get ahold of EE sales, they should be able to straighten it out.

    good luck,
