Having a couple of issues with a huge client site after an upgrade to v2.6.1 - Build Date: 20130506. Hosting is with Engine Hosting.
1. The tabs on the publish/edit pages do not work
- Clicking on Publish | Categories | Date | Options and nothing happens
2. The rich text editor buttons are missing
I am making sure all of the addons are up to date. Other than this what else can I do to find the root of the problem? Thanks for any help. 🐛

Ok, well. We fixed our own issue.
Resolution: Re-Upload the themes/javascript folder
... seems something got corrupted in the update process. Hope this helps someone else :coolcheese:

That resolved both issues.
