I tried to upgrade from 1.6.8 to 1.7.3 when the process completed I was left with a plain white screen and no way to log into the admin.

I restored the /system directories and files and I can now access the CP and the site loads but I get the following at the top of each screen

Notice: Undefined index: uris in /homepages/11/d160149268/htdocs/system/core/core.system.php on line 687

Any pointers gratefully received. Don’t usually use EE (only upgraded as host moving to PHP5).

http://www.inhousecomms.com is the site in question.

    TIA

To do a successful rollback from a botched upgrade, you need to restore the original database as well as system files. The db gets modified on many upgrade steps.
