I just purchased a full commercial license. Do I get any tech support?. I’m having an issue viewing my rendered templates.

If you have never used your free 3 month trial for support, you should be eligible to do so. If you try to purchase a silver support plan, it should just show up in your cart as $0.00.  A few days before the 3 months are up, they’ll send a reminder that the trial period is about to end and you can just cancel if you don’t need to keep it and pay the $50/month.

You can cancel online as well, neither subscribing or cancelling requires talking to EL directly.
