    Hi there,
    I want to create a form which contain textarea & seletc option like the photo in attachment
    How can I do it?

    Hi Mohammed,

    I think, it is the registration page with some member custom fields. You can use Freemember (https://exp-resso.com/freemember) module for the registration.

    Hi Bhashkar, Thank you for your replay.
    The photo is just an example, I don’t have a registration form in the site.
    I have 3 forms in the site and each form has different fields.
    I use 3 add-ons but it can’t give me what I want so I want to build it myself.

    Hi Mohammed,

    Did you try FreeForm (http://www.solspace.com/software/detail/freeform/). Its having free version also.

    Yes I try it.
    the free version doesn’t have select option field type

    Hi Mohammed,

    Yes, the Freeform Free version doesn’t have select option field type but you can create a text field for it and on the front end put the same name for drop down as drop down are single select so its value will be saved within text field of FreeForm.


    If you would like you can use Safecraker also in which form submission data will be saved into channel entries. In this approach you can easily create drop down options as channel’s custom field and populate it.
