Recently launched a site on ExpressionEngine, everything seemed fine until we tried to enter an image into any of the sites rich text areas. The image shows up fine in the edit interface but as soon as you “Submit” the article you’re shown a 404 page. If there isn’t images in the rich text areas then everything’s fine and the article will submit.

This has me totally baffled, any ideas as to what could cause this? seems like a pretty huge bug, but I’ve never experienced it on any other of my builds…

Seems it was a hosting issue mod_security needed to be turned off…
