I am just sick thinking that I may need to re-create a whole bunch of entries - but—
I did not have the File Module installed on a site I’m developing until today, when I thought it may be the reason I could not get a filename to show up in a Matrix field output. After installing the File Module, every channel field of type “File” has not disappeared from my field groups.
HELP.
Do I need to uninstall the File Module? If I try re-creating a field that was there before, I get a “field name already exists” error.
The fields do NOT show up in phpmyadmin in exp:channel:fields.
Any help would be very much appreciated!
