I got an email saying that I had a PM, but I can’t for the life of me figure out how to access it. Under My Account, in the left sidebar, there is a gray “Private Mesages”, but nothing to click. It’s followed by “Extras” > Notepad.
Usability fail, I’m afraid. :(

It is one of the (now very) long list of things that annoy me with this new site, and makes me not want to come here anymore. The only reason I still visit from time to time is that users expect support from me for CI stuff…

Thanks WanWizard. Wow, how did you figure that out? Yes, the new site has left me gob-smacked ... it’s like EL wants us to go away or something. Real shame. :(

What bothers me the most is that lots of people complain. About layout, about functionality, about not being able to access EE features (that like PM are enabled for members), and there is NO reaction whatsoever from Ellislab.
Like we’re a nuisance, instead of the people that keep them in business…

Some of us have even emailed them directly, with no response via email or here.
