Control Panel is so slow

I recently upgrade to 2.5.5 and after upgrade the Control Panel took 40-60 seconds to open a page.

I disable auto-update.
I enable Debugging here are some info:
Loading Time: Base Classes 0.0683
Total Execution Time 0.6091
Controller Execution Time ( Admin System / Output Debugging Preferences ) 0.5421

i have 3 modules installed: Freeform, Transcribe and Pages.

Any idea what causes this?
