Automatic linking of custom member fields - no apparent option to disable...

Hi,

I have a number of custom member fields (with content containing URLs) which automatically generate full HTML links when output, instead of the raw URL.

I know there is an option under channel preferences to disable this functionality within channels, but I cannot find an option to disable this happening for member profile data.

Anyone know otherwise?

Hi

I am having this same issue. It looks like there is no way to disable this in custom member fields, but it works ok for the main URL field.

I think this should be classed as a bug.
