Hello,
first of all, sorry for my english. I’m going to explain this project

In the homepage, i’ve a form that must be compiled by the users. In this form there’re various fields. like category, state/province and city

when the user submit the form, i want that the email will sent to the company associated with that category, province and city, and to me

Can you please explain me how can i achieve this?

Hi Fedor,

You can have the following approach:

- Create a channel having all the fields, categories etc.
- Create Safecraker’s Entry Form. As any site visitor can fill the form. So you have to provide appropriate setting for Guest entry submission.
- For the email notification, you would like to send the email to different emails based on category, province and city. I think, there isn’t any add-on which can fulfill this need. So a custom add-on would be developed for it.
