Updated to 2.5.5 and Forums to 3.1.9. Now when I try to view anything in the forums I get the following error:
Fatal error: Class ‘Api’ not found in /webdocs/school-hosting/xxxxxx/xxxxx/www/system/expressionengine/libraries/api/Api_channel_fields.php on line 3
Anybody able to point me in the right direction?
This only appears to be effecting the forums module

Quite strange, are you still having this problem? Is it ANY page in the forum module or just a particular section? I assume Api class DOES exist, otherwise you’d be having problems with posting channel entries and things too. Maybe make sure all files have been uploaded?

I uninstalled the website completely and rebuilt it from the ground up—issue seems to have been resolved.
