    Could someone please help me.

    I have been looking all over for how to do this and I cannot find any help or support so I would really appreciate your support.

    I simply want to do a url redirect at the following link:

    http://www.starexhibits.com/catchthebrilliance

    As you can see right now I have an image that is linked to:

    http://www.starmicrosites.com/catchthebrilliance

    I would like to just have the page automatically go to http://www.starmicrosites.com/catchthebrilliance

    but I am a wordpress user, and very new to expression engine. I did a url redirect before and it was very easy through wordpress using:

    <meta http-equiv=“refresh” c>

    but expression engine just scrambles up <meta> tags and I have no idea what else to do. I am currently trying to accomplish the change in the template editor.

    Could someone please walk me through the proper steps.

    Thank You!

    That tag is only for redirecting to another template, not another webpage.

    htaccess redirect? http://ndesign-studio.com/blog/301-htaccess-redirect

    What exactly does “expression engine just scrambles up <meta> tags” mean?  I just tried: <meta http-equiv=“refresh” > and it worked just fine.

    I enter:

    <META http-equiv=“refresh” c URL=http://www.starmicrosites.com/catchthebrilliance/”>

    Click Update

    and it becomes:

    this:& l t ; META http-equiv=“refresh” content=“0; URL=http://www.starmicrosites.com/catchthebrilliance/” & g t ;

    and then if I view the page after the update it will just display as text on the page and will not actually forward:

    <META http-equiv=“refresh” c URL=http://www.starmicrosites.com/catchthebrilliance/”>

    Looks like you got it working?

    What do you have entered in the template?
