    For some reason emails using the contact form in EE to .tv domains don’t go through to the recipient however other emails do. There is no error, and seems as if the form is submitted successfully.

    However, the email just isn’t getting to the .tv inbox.

    Thoughts?

    Hi

    We ran into an issue recently where email wasn’t making it to the relevant inbox. The solution for us was to switch from PHP mail to authenticated SMTP instead.

    In EE click: Admin > Email Configuration > Email Protocol (change the drop down to SMTP). You’ll need a set of credentials for the username/password etc.

    Tried that and is still not working :/. It is the weirdest thing the email is going through with no erros however its not showing up. I can make it a .com email or a .net and it works fine however a .tv is not working.
