Hope someone can help me. I’ve just tried to install a fresh copy of Expression Engine on Fasthosts and have been met with the following error message…
The service is unavailable.
Has anyone come across this before? Any advice?

It actually sounds like it could be an issue at your host’s end, totalpeople. Generally if it’s EE, it will give you a script error through either the host or EE itself.

Thanks for the response. I’ve just changed my hosting package to a linux package and that has stopped the error message I was getting however now I get a different one saying…
Your config file does not appear to be formatted correctly.
When I look at the config file in system/expressionengine/config/config.php it’s just blank.
Can someone help me?!
