Am working on a site and it was looking great on Friday, but come today (Monday) I am only getting the Site is Offline notice. Can log in to the CP fine and then (logged in as SA) view the site fine, and I can toggle the is_site_on setting but no effect on the frontend.
Any idea what is going on? My logs are not working for some reason so I’m trying to get that sorted out and see if there would be something in there.

Check the member group settings for guests as you can turn the site offline per member group. Is ‘Can view site when it is online’ set to yes?
