Since Ellis Lab no longer supports EE 1 and removed all documentation and “how to”, I tried to upgrade and now all I get is a white page.

I’ve posted at http://ellislab.com/forums/viewthread/230614/ and of course nobody responded. 

I don’t have a backup of the install prior to the upgrade disaster.  I just export to get my posts and comments into a new WP blog.

I have a COMMERCIAL license, although that doesn’t seem to make any difference any more.  A $50 upgrade will get you a $299 license.

I can supply the EE database or you can try to fix the current install—whatever it takes to get to WordPress.

I posted to the other thread with a link to support - our staff does not provide support in the Community Support forums, but instead gives one on one assistance in our support portal. We will be providing support for EE 1 for a whole year, including helping upgrade to the latest version of 1.x.

The documentation is available here, and that download link will be available on the top right corner of the current version’s documentation while EE 1 is a Legacy product.
