Looks like you have got their response on the same day! So there is no problem, probably your problem has been so important for you and every minute has been considered as an hour. 😊

Actually no, it took them over a week to contact me. It wasn’t until I posted something here until I finally heard a reply from EllisLab, whether or not that is a coincidence, I do not know.
I suspect it was bugs in their system as they changed over.
