Exclude current entry from channel entries orderby="random"

Hello,

I am trying to exclude the current entry from a list of entries ordered randomly.

Any thoughts about how best to do this?

Current code is:
```
{exp:channel:entries channel="projects" disable="categories|category-fields|member-data|pagination" limit="5" orderby="random"}

{/exp:channel:entries}
```
